About the trial

Am I charged automatically when the trial ends?

No. We never take card details, so nothing renews automatically. After 14 days the account becomes inactive; to continue, pick a plan and buy it.

Can I extend the trial?

Yes. If you need more time, email info@smartdesk.help; we are happy to extend, especially for larger rollouts.

Can we run an enterprise-scale trial?

Yes. For more than 10 users, a dedicated server or LDAP/SSO, mention it in the note or contact us and we will set up a pilot for you.
