These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you and SmartDesk, a product of SmartVeri. By using SmartDesk services, you agree to the following terms.
SmartDesk is a remote desktop access product operated by SmartVeri, with relay and account infrastructure hosted in Istanbul, Turkey. Connections are end-to-end encrypted between your devices.
You are responsible for the security of your account. You must keep your password confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access.
You may not use our service for unlawful purposes. If abuse is detected, your account may be suspended.
Paid plans are billed in advance. Annual subscriptions receive a discount. Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
SmartDesk is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is".
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Partial refunds may be issued upon termination based on your usage period, in line with our Refund Policy.
