These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you and SmartDesk (the legal business name). By using SmartDesk services, you agree to the following terms. These services are provided by SmartDesk.

1. Service Description

SmartDesk is a software product that provides secure remote desktop access. With our self-hosted solution, your data remains completely under your control.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must keep your password confidential and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service for illegal purposes. If abuse is detected, your account may be suspended.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments for paid plans are charged in advance. Annual subscriptions receive a discount. Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

SmartDesk cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service. We provide our service 'as is'.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. In case of termination, partial refunds may be made based on your usage period.
